Or so says the latest forecast for this weekend’s weather on Bainbridge Island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Friday’s rain will fade away into a partly sunny Saturday on the island.

Saturday is expected to see a high temperature near 53 degrees, and skies will remain clear overnight, with the low dropping to around 38.

Sunday will be sunny, with a high near 53.

Sunday night, it will be mostly clear, with a low around 36.

The sunny weather will stick around through next week, with daytime highs in the low 50s.
