Sunny and warmer weather is coming to Bainbridge Island, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service in Seattle.
But it won’t get here quick enough for some of us.
Saturday looks to be the damp downer in this weekend’s weather. There is a 30 percent chance of rain showers, mainly before 11 a.m. After that, it’s expected to be a partly sunny day, with a high temperature near 56 degrees.
It will stay mostly cloudy overnight Saturday, dropping to a low around 39.
On Sunday, the forecast calls for a partly sunny day, with a high near 60.
The weather improves dramatically with the start of the work week, of course.
Monday will be sunny, with a high near 66.
And Tuesday will be another chock-full-of-sunshine day, with a high near 70 in the forecast.
