Friday’s sunshine will disappear for a bit this weekend, according to the latest forecast for the island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.
Rain will enter the picture sometime Friday night, and forecasters say the chance of precipitation is 60 percent.
There’s also a 30 percent chance of showers Saturday, mainly after 11 a.m. Otherwise, the day will be partly sunny, with a high temperature near 57 degrees.
Mostly skies are expected overnight, with the low dipping to around 41.
Sunday should be mostly sunny, with a high near 58. Skies will remain mostly clear overnight, with a low around 42.
Cloudy skies are expected, with a chance of showers, through next week.
