Friday’s sunshine on Bainbridge Island will continue through the weekend and into next week, with temperatures in the high 70s giving way to 80-degree weather by Tuesday.

Instead, it’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service’s Seattle office.
Saturday is expected to see a slight chance (30 percent) of morning showers before the clouds melt away and give us a mostly sunny day.
The high temperature is expected to hit about 65.
Saturday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 50.
Things start to heat up on Sunday, with sunny skies and a high near 76.
It will stay mostly clear overnight, with the low around 53.
Monday: Sunny with a high near 75.
And on Tuesday, sun, sun, sun and a high near 80.
