A 46-year-old woman was taken to Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton with non-life threatening injuries after she crashed her pickup truck in a ditch on Miller Road Monday afternoon.

The accident occurred at approximately 2 p.m. Aug. 26 in the 11900 block of Miller Road.

The driver was conscious and responsive when emergency crews arrived.

“She just had some minor injuries and we took her to Harrison to get her checked out,” said Assistant Chief Luke Carpenter of the Bainbridge Island Fire Department.
