Carol M. Rogers, age 83, died Dec. 27 in Suquamish.
She was born Jan. 22, 1920, in Burlington, Wash.
She graduated from Burlington High School.
She married James L. Rogers in 1946.
Her interests included painting, antiques, gardening and birds. She was a member of Seattle Co-Arts.
She is survived by her husband James L. Rogers of Suquamish; son Scott J. Rogers of Mazama, Wash.; daughter Susan C. Valentine of Bainbridge Island; and grandsons Jim K. Valentine of Bainbridge Island and Jake J. Valentine of Mazama.
An open gathering of family and friends will be held at 1 p.m. Jan. 3 at the family home in Suquamish.
