Colleen Ween Carpine-Smith, age 45

Colleen Ween Carpine-Smith died June 17. She was 45.

Colleen is survived by her mother Carol Bianchi; sisters Susan, Karen, Linda and Joanie; brother John; Nephews John, Ian and niece Amanda.

She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. June 26 at Our Lady of Fatima in Magnolia, 3301 W. Dravus St., Seattle.
