Daphne Joan Halpin Mackey died on June 18th in Federal Way, WA, where she had moved in January. Age 91, she was born in Surrey, England, and emigrated to Canada at the age of four. She grew up in Guelph, Ontario, where she met and married the Reverend George Thompson Mackey, who predeceased her.
