Janet Carol Hansen Heavens

January 13, 1939 – September 11, 2010

      Janet Carol Hansen Heavens, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at her home on Bainbridge Island, Washington. She was born on January 13, 1939 in Muskegan, Michigan to George Neil and Beatrice Mabel Hansen.

      She was a resident of Bainbridge Island, WA. Prior to her moving to Washington, she lived in Westlake Village, California. She had also lived in Irvine and Riverside, CA. Janet attended Fullerton, Cal State Northridge where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She was also a CPA. Janet worked for Arthur Consulting for 30 years and retired in 2009.

      She is survived by her husband Bard Heavens of Bainbridge Island, WA, children; Becky Creamer of Cathedral City, CA, David Creamer of Menlo Park, CA and Kellie Creamer of Bainbridge Island, WA. She also leaves behind her brother Dennis L. Hansen of Glendale, Arizona. There are four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Bud Hansen. Janet loved her three children and her beloved grandchildren. She truly loved life and everything it had to offer. She will be missed, but she will never be forgotten.

      Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 11:00 am at the United Methodist Church of Westlake Village, CA. Memorial contributions can be made to Harrison Medical Center Cancer Research of Bremerton, Washington.
