Lucien Michael Jacob

Lucien Michael Jacob died April 30 on Whidbey Island.

He was born Dec. 10, 1988 in Seattle. He graduated from Bellevue High School in 2007.Luke spent much of his childhood on Bainbridge Island, while living and going to school in Bellevue. He loved the outdoors, hiking, camping and fishing, and enjoyed being a member of Boy Scout Troop 1565.

He is survived by his father Michael Jacob and stepfamily, Judy Peters, Ryan, Taylor and Anne Alsheimer of Bainbridge Island; mother and stepfather Claudia and Chuck Pettis of Whidbey Island; and their extended families.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial donations be made to The Refuge, A Healing Place, 14835 SE 85th St, Ocklawaha, FL 32179-3556. A memorial service for Luke will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 22 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 7968 Finch Road NE.
