Lifelong Bainbridge Island resident Margaret Copp Englund, age 80, died April 8 at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue.

She was born July 15, 1924, in Seattle, to Albert and Phyllis Martin Copp.

She made a career as a bookkeeper.

She is survived by her daughter Connie and son-in-law Stuart Anderson; grandson Blake; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cliff in 1989.

The rosary was said April 12 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church on Bainbridge Island. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12 p.m. April 13, also at St. Cecilia.

Interment will follow at Port Blakely Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association or a favorite charity. Arrangements are by Kass Funeral Home.
