Silverdale resident Mary-Rowland Davies, 66, died Dec. 17 at the Naval Hospital in Bremerton.
She was born May 4, 1935 in the Philippine capital of Manila to Edward E. Bomar II and Mary-Rowland (Rankin) Bomar.
She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Washington, D.C. in 1952, and attended Mary Washington College.
In 1981, she married Lt. Col. (Ret.) Peter Gale Davies in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
For 10 years, she owned and operated her own business, The Sign Man, which she sold in 1996.
She was president and past treasurer of the Bremerton Symphony Orchestra, and chaplain for Chapter CGPEO Sisterhood.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
She is survived by son Sam Paige of Salem, Oregon; daughters Lolana Grace Fontaign of Boise, Idaho and Rebecca Lynn Paige of Vancouver, Wash.; brother Edward E. Bomar III, of Bainbridge Island; and nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Jan. 5 at Summit Avenue Presbyterian Church in Bremerton.
