Mary Young, born November 17th 1925, in Carter South Dakota, died Easter Sunday April 9th, 2023 in Shoreline, WA.

She moved to Rolling Bay with her parents and 6 siblings in 1943. In 1951 She married her next door neighbor Donald Young. Together they bought a home in the same neighborhood and raised their own family. Mary spent much of her life caring for her family and volunteering for the Children’s Orthopedic Guild. She is survived by her husband Donald, daughter Sharon Ruddy (Reed), son Bruce (Marcy), grandchildren Samantha, Kallen, Kirsten, and Derek. Great grandchildren Lila, Belen, Adam, and Camden.
