Olive L. Anderson, 93, died April 27 at Island Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born Oct. 25, 1910, in Pueblo, Colo., to Charles Herman and Laura (Newcomb) Greene.
During her childhood, she lived in many states in the South and West, as her father was involved in early railroad building.
She married Oscar F. Anderson in Binghamton, N.Y., on Jan. 31, 1929. He died in 1979.
She worked in retail sales, and enjoyed traveling as well as the homemaking arts.
She is survived by her son Charles F. Anderson and his wife Ruth of Bainbridge Island; her daughter Susan Wilson of Bandera, Texas; her grandsons Jason Wilson of Denver, Colo., and Matthew Anderson and his wife Julie of Santa Rosa, Calif.; her granddaughter Kathryn Pompeo and her husband Philip of SeaTac; and two great-granddaughters, Maggie and Fiona Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Donald and Carson Greene and her sister Winifred Wright.
Services will be private. Interment will be in Vestal Hills Cemetery in Binghamton, N.Y.
Memorials can be made to Grace Episcopal Church on Bainbridge Island.
