William Alexander Dunn passed away on Nov. 18, 2017.

He was born on Bainbridge Island to Gordon and Isabelle (Munro) Dunn on Aug. 27, 1931. In 1950, he signed up for the National Guard and then was activated into the Air Force and was stationed in Clear, Alaska.

After the war, he attended college before starting Dunn Construction.

He married Sally Ann E. Warberg on June 3, 1955. They resided in Renton then their last 30 years in Kitsap County.

Bill was known for his humor, quick wit and generosity. Bill was loving, patient, and a God-fearing man. He died peacefully in his home when he lost his battle to ALS. He is now in heaven.
