William H. Talbutt, 84, died Jan. 28 at the Kah Tai Care Center in Port Townsend.

He was born March 2, 1917 in Los Angeles, Calif..

In WWII, he worked as a Lockhead Aircraft plant engineer in Burbank, Calif. After the war he was in the building trade.

He is survived by his wife, Agnus, of Bainbridge Island; daughters, Patricia Ann of Port Townsend, Wash., Margaret of Los Angeles; son Mike and his wife, Sharon of California; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
