TACOMA – The Bainbridge Spartans snapped a three-game skid in girls varsity water polo with an impressive 17-3 win over Foss/Mount Tahoma earlier this week.

The Spartan offense came from everywhere; 11 Bainbridge players scored during the contest.

The Bainbridge point parade was led this time by Milena Broom, who finished with three goals.

Grace Carson, Julia Brooks, Julia Tlapa and Frances Weller all contributed two goals each for BHS. Six other Spartans also scored a goal apiece: Trudy Rimbault, Alex Miller, Emma Gace, Juliana Moeller, Melony Bourgeois and Taylor Jumpa.

Two games remain on the Spartans’ regular season schedule: a second meeting with Lincoln, on the road on Tuesday, May 8, and a home Senior Night matchup against Peninsula on Thursday, May 10.
