The Bainbridge High School varsity boys basketball team began what may become a streak Tuesday, after weathering a rock start to the season, with a win on the road against Cleveland, their second in a row after last Friday’s home-court victory against Roosevelt.
The final score saw the Spartans up 62-56.
It upped their overall season record to 3-2 (2-2 in conference) and left them in the fifth-place spot in the Metro standings, tied with Seattle Prep.
Garfield remains the team to beat with a flawless 5-0 record.
The Spartans return home to host West Seattle (4-1 overall) at 8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20.
