Lakeside outscored Bainbridge High 4-0 in girls varsity soccer during the Spartans’ post-season matchup against the Lions.

The two teams squared off Monday in the first day of the Metro League Tournament, and Lakeside hosted the game at its home field in Seattle.

The Lions advanced in the tournament, while the loser-out game spelled the end of the Spartans’ season.

The top three teams from the Metro Tournament will advance to the state championships.

The Spartans finished the season 0-10-0 in Metro League play (1-12-1 overall).
