SEATTLE – A 64-50 defeat brought the Bainbridge High boys varsity basketball team their 11th loss of the year Friday, Jan. 13 on the road against Roosevelt.

The team’s overall season record thus fell to 3-11 (1-8 in Metro).

It was the last in a series of away games in the road-heavy first part of the island team’s season schedule, setting the stage for four consecutive homes games beginning Tuesday against Rainier Beach.

The Spartans next play at home at 8:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20 against Chief Sealth.
