The Bainbridge golf teams swept North Mason recently.

The Spartans boys squad kicked off the match and won 169-253.

Dane Byers was the top golfer, shooting a 39 through nine holes at Wing Point Country Club on BI. Andrew Grinter was a couple of strokes behind with a 41, while Andrew Jobes shot a 42.

Rylan Libes was the final golfer who scored for the Spartans with a 47. Although Ryan Sturham’s 50 and Erik Farley’s 52 did not count toward the team score, they both shot better than the entire North Mason team.

North Mason’s top four golfers were Carter Fase with a 59, Charlie Olson with a 64, and Alexander Loutzenheiser and Owen Oblizalo, both scoring a 65.

On the girls side, the Spartans won 179-250.

Elise Walters and Sara Kreigh tied for the best scores with a pair of 43s. Hailey Fink finished third for the Spartans with a 46, and Grace Charintranont scored fourth with a 47.

North Mason’s top golfer was Mari Morris with a 50, while her teammates Isabella Oblizalo, Ava Lavandier and Jaea Swaser ended the round with a 65, 66 and 69.
