The Bainbridge High varsity girls basketball team won one of the three games they played on the road last week, nudging their overall season record to 2-5.
They have yet to win a league game, and sit at 0-3 in conference, tied for last place in the Metro standings with Nathan Hale.
The week started well, with the Spartans coming out ahead (71-59) against North Kitsap on Tuesday, Dec. 4.
Then, on the very next night, they were defeated 57-48 by Holy Names Academy.
Finally, on Friday, Dec. 7, the Spartans were bested 74-52 by Roosevelt.
The island squad next played at home again, on Wednesday, Dec. 12, against Cleveland.
