Monday’s home game between the Bainbridge Spartans and the Ballard Beavers in girls varsity fastpitch softball has been canceled due to poor field conditions.

Call it a case of “diamond in the rough.” The persistent rain in recent days has left the BHS softball field unplayable.

The team is looking at a possible make-up game on Thursday, April 20.
