BAINBRIDGE AQUATIC CENTER — The Bainbridge boys water polo team remains undefeated in league play after winning a critical match at home against Gig Harbor on Tuesday, Oct. 1. The final score was 18-3 Bainbridge.

The team is currently 5-2 overall and 4-0 in league play.

“The team continues to play good team polo,” said Spartan Head Coach Jacob Millican. “Some of the freshman really made their mark in the game.”

Jack Kapel, Harrison Shinohara and Mason Ogden were named as the standout players of the game. They racked up three goals, two assists, two ejections drawn and five steals between the three of them.

“All three are very smart players, with Harrison and Mason looking to be driving threats in years ahead and Kapel to play the pivotal defensive role in two meters,” Millican said.
