The Bainbridge Spartans girls varsity soccer team closed out the season in frantic fashion late last week at Bainbridge High’s Memorial Stadium.
The Spartans fell in a competitive 3-2 matchup against Garfield Thursday.
Anika Lesko scored on an unassisted goal for Bainbridge.
Eden Hagen split the posts for the other Spartan score, with an assist from Lesko.
Bainbridge High School improved its season record to 8-3 with a 67-53 win at Kingston Jan. 7.
