The week in Spartan sports gets rolling with Bainbridge boys basketball at home against Nathan Hale High.

The Spartan varsity, junior varsity and C teams will all play on Bainbridge Tuesday, Jan. 13. Action against the Raiders gets underway at 5:15 p.m. with both the JV and C games, while the varsity squads battle at 7 p.m.

On Wednesday, Jan. 14, the Spartan varsity and JV girls basketball teams head to Nathan Hale. The JV game is at 5:15 and the varsity game follows at 7 p.m.

On Thursday, Jan. 15, the Spartan wrestlers host a four-way meet in Paski Gymnasium. Teams coming to the Rock include Bishop Blanchet, Eastside Catholic and Lakeside. The meet starts at 6 p.m.

On Friday, Jan. 16, the Bainbridge boys swim team heads across the water for a meet against Bishop Blanchet at Queen Anne Pool. The swim meet starts at 3:30 p.m.

Also Friday, BHS will have a varsity basketball double-header against West Seattle on the road.

The JV teams will also make the trip. The JV girls hoops game is at 3:15, followed by the boys JV game at 4:45 p.m. The Spartan varsity girls will take to the court at 6:15, with the boys varsity game at 8 p.m.

The Spartan gymnastics team competes away from Bainbridge for the first time this season in a varsity meet featuring Ingraham and Roosevelt at Roosevelt High. The meet starts at 7 p.m.

The week in Spartan sports comes to an end Saturday, Jan. 17 with a varsity invitational at Auburn Mountainview. The meet starts at 10 a.m.
