SPOKANE – Taylor Tye claimed the 37th spot in the final standings of the 2016 3A Girls Washington Interscholastic Activities Association tournament on May 25 at Indian Canyon Golf Course in Spokane.

Tye just made the cutoff (95 points) in the first round with a score of 94 to advance.

Her second round score of 96 earned her a final score of 190.

The first-place duffer was Central Kitsap’s Brittany Kwon (150).

Spartan sister Kiera Havill finished the first round with 101 points.
