North Kitsap faced Port Angeles at home Jan. 25 for the Olympic League title, and the Vikings showed why they are one of the top 2A teams in the state winning easily 64-18.
Every Viking won with a bonus point victory, including seven pins. Ben Gomez started the dual with a pin at 182 pounds. By the time the dual reached the lightweights, NK had a 24-0 lead because of forfeits. Nolan Hancock, Wyatt Trogden, Wyatt Sloman and Jaxon Johnson earned four straight pins for the Vikings.
